I am incredibly proud and excited to announce the launch of the Nurturing Tomorrow Foundation, an initiative that has been a lifetime in the making. The brainchild of Shaun Poland, this foundation is built on a foundation of personal experience, empathy, and a deep-seated desire to make a difference in the lives of children and families affected by mental health challenges.
A Personal Journey
My own journey with mental illness has been a challenging one. From a young age, I experienced the crippling effects of mental health issues, which led him on a path of self-discovery, resilience, and ultimately, a desire to help others facing similar challenges. It was through this journey, coupled with the unwavering love and support from my family, that the idea for the Nurturing Tomorrow Foundation was born.
A Focus on Education
While the foundation is in its initial stages of raising funds, its primary focus will be on providing educational content for children and their families. Knowledge is power, and by equipping families with the right tools and information, we can empower them to better understand and manage mental health challenges. We are actively seeking donations to fund technology that will help us deliver this content in the most accessible and effective way possible. Any size donation is greatly appreciated and will go a long way in helping us achieve our mission.
Looking Ahead
Beyond this initial education rollout, we have big plans for the future. We are working on building a more comprehensive system via web and app that will provide a range of resources and support services for children and their families. While donations are crucial to making this vision a reality, simply sharing our message with your network is equally appreciated and can make a huge impact.

The journey to launching the Nurturing Tomorrow Foundation has been both challenging and rewarding. I am incredibly grateful for the love and support I have received from my family and community, and I am excited about the difference we can make together. We all know that this is a lifetime illness and you or anyone else will never overcome it, but with the right tools it can be managed.
