My Role

Joshua Moyer joins the Nurturing Tomorrow Foundation with a rich background in finance and analytics, bringing over a decade of experience from various industries. As our Chief Financial Officer, Joshua oversees the financial strategy and health of our foundation, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all financial operations.

Professional Experience

Joshua is the Controller at Carolina Handling, leading teams in cross-functional financial strategies and analytics. His role involves substantial leadership responsibilities, steering the financial direction of the organization while fostering team collaboration.

Before his current role, Joshua was the Finance Systems & Analytics Manager at SPI – Specialty Products & Insulation, where he managed financial reporting and accounting. He was pivotal in enhancing financial processes and systems to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Before joining SPI, Joshua spent over five years at Hearst, progressing through several roles from Senior Financial Analyst to Consolidation Reporting Manager. In these positions, he honed his financial consolidation and reporting skills, contributing to the company’s robust financial infrastructure.

Joshua started his finance career at Fiberon Decking, where he worked in various capacities, including Corporate Sales Analyst and Corporate Accountant, further solidifying his financial management and corporate accounting expertise.

Education

Joshua holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Pfeiffer University, where he was an active member of the Golf Team and the Accounting Society. His academic background laid a solid foundation for his analytical skills and financial acumen.
