Professional Experience

Crystal is currently the Director of Customer Success at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc., where she has significantly enhanced client relationships and satisfaction through data-driven approaches since September 2022. Her proven track record includes surpassing revenue targets, increasing market share, and leading successful teams in high-stakes environments.

Previously, as a Senior Manager and then Manager of Customer Success at Arise, Crystal developed and executed strategies that resulted in substantial business growth, operational enhancements, and improved client outcomes. Her ability to connect strategic goals with customer needs has been instrumental in her success.

Education

Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Thomas University, providing her with profound insights into social behaviors and group dynamics – skills she adeptly applies to effectively manage and grow our social media presence.
