Returns

Due to the nature of our Print on Demand (POD) merchandise, returns are generally not accepted except in certain circumstances. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

• Printing Errors: If your item arrives with a printing error, we are here to help! You can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Please provide photographic evidence of the printing error when contacting us for faster processing.
• Incorrect Sizes: Please note that we cannot accept returns or process refunds for items ordered in incorrect sizes. We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing chart carefully before placing your order to ensure the correct fit.

How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return an item due to a printing error, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at support@nurturingtomorrow.org with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Include photographs of the printing error to expedite the process.
3. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to send back the item.
4. You will be notified about your replacement or refund once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds

Refunds are processed based on the original method of payment:

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a printing error. If you need an exchange for the same item, follow the return process outlined above.
