 Shaun Poland Founder & Executive Director Shaun is the founder and driving force behind the Nurturing Tomorrow Foundation. In the early stages of building a nonprofit, that means wearing many hats. From setting strategic direction to managing day-to-day operations, Shaun is deeply involved in everything from fundraising and marketing to technology and financial stewardship. His work is grounded in a personal commitment to improving mental health support for children and families, with a focus on practical, accessible solutions that create real-world impact.  |  Victoria Little Chief Operating Officer Victoria is a strategic operations leader, community builder, and passionate advocate for accessible mental health support. As COO, she leads organizational development and online community initiatives designed to empower children and families navigating mental health challenges. With over a decade of experience across project management, wellness, and student advocacy, and as a current Master of Science in Project Management candidate at Wake Forest University, Victoria brings a thoughtful, human-centered approach to building systems that don’t just function, but truly uplift. |
