Mission

We support children and families navigating mental health challenges through accessible education, community, and thoughtfully designed resources.

-Shaun Poland, Founder and Executive Director

Why We Exist

The Nurturing Tomorrow Foundation was created in response to a growing gap in accessible, practical mental health resources for children and families. Too often, support is difficult to find, overwhelming, or arrives too late. We exist to make mental health education and support easier to understand, easier to access, and grounded in empathy and lived experience.

What We Do

Create accessible educational content to help families better understand children’s mental health

Build community through conversations, shared stories, and peer support

Develop tools and resources that help children and caregivers navigate emotions and challenges

Advocate for compassionate, inclusive approaches to mental health

Our Guiding Pillars

Knowledge
We believe understanding is the first step toward support. We create clear, approachable educational resources that help families make sense of mental health challenges.

Compassion
Mental health is personal. We lead with empathy, respect lived experience, and design resources that meet people where they are.

Accessibility
Support should not be hard to find. We prioritize tools, language, and platforms that make mental health information easier to access and easier to use.

How Support Makes This Possible

Our work is made possible through the generosity of individuals who believe children’s mental health deserves attention, care, and early support. Contributions help fund educational content, resource development, and the tools that allow us to reach families where they are.
